ABOUT
Claire's interest in psychotherapy began during her volunteer work at hospitals, where she provided support to individuals and families through challenging times. These experiences highlighted for her the profound impact of simply offering a space for people to feel seen, heard, and validated.
Claire has an extensive background working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Additionally, she has acquired specialized training in substance use disorders, addiction recovery, and the management of chronic pain and illnesses through Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a therapeutic technique that aims to alleviate symptoms by addressing their mind-body roots. Her approach combines professional skill with deep compassion, tailored to meet the needs of each client. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
“My practice emphasizes a holistic and personalized treatment approach to support you in navigating your unique concerns, needs, and challenges. I utilize multiple treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic and attachment theories, and somatic/mindfulness interventions. Together, we will explore unconscious patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that keep us stuck and separated from our true and authentic self. We will work not only to gain insight, but also to equip you with the tools to help you regain confidence and agency.

My personal and professional experience has led me to see the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship; one that is grounded in warmth and free of criticism. I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to reach out, and that is why I strive to create a secure environment filled with unconditional support and understanding. I believe that it is my responsibility to be my most authentic self, and I encourage my clients to do the same.

With a deep understanding and appreciation for the complexities of each individual, I am dedicated to helping clients recognize their inherent strengths and navigate life's challenges with confidence and self-awareness.”
