ABOUT

Erin’s fascination with the human condition is deeply rooted in her early love of stories, a passion that has guided her academic and professional paths. She earned a BA in Philosophy from UCLA, and furthered her education with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy.

Drawn to understanding how individual narratives are shaped by broader life contexts, Erin designs her therapy sessions to help individuals explore and understand these narratives, fostering a deeper comprehension of their own life stories. Her skillful guidance promotes profound self-discovery, making her a distinctive and highly effective therapist for those seeking to understand and reshape their personal and professional lives.

In addition to her role as a therapist, Erin’s life is enriched by her career as a professional actress. This intersection of disciplines provides her with unique insights, allowing her to offer specialized support and empathy to fellow artists navigating the complex emotional landscapes of their professions.

“My main priority as your therapist is to ensure you feel heard and understood. I know firsthand the vulnerability that comes with sharing intimate struggles, and I applaud your courage in showing up for yourself!

I approach my clients holistically—not as ‘problems to solve’ but as humans with rich histories and complexities. As a person-centered therapist, I wholeheartedly believe you are the expert in your own life, and I will work collaboratively with you to develop a care plan that feels right for you. I have no agenda other than to be your champion and ally throughout this process of growth and healing.”
